Gerald Edelman is delighted to announce that its Corporate Finance team has advised Birch Faraday Capital on the acquisition of Highbury Support Services Limited. Highbury Support Services is a provider of supported living services for learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health needs.  

About Birch Faraday Capital

Birch Faraday Capital is a UK-based search fund and investment firm focused on acquiring and growing established small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the healthcare sector. The acquisition of Highbury Support Services Limited is the second acquisition by Birch Faraday Capital in 15 months. 

About Highbury Support Services

The Company was founded as a family partnership in 1996, providing respite care for individuals in a private residence. Based in Denbighshire, North Wales, Highbury Support provides supported living, domiciliary care and day centre care services for adults living with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health needs. 

Gerald Edelman acted as a buy-side financial adviser, performing detailed financial due diligence, reviewing of working capital and net debt, as well as general advice in relation to the transaction.
