About Kinetico Health
Founded by Claire Nesler and Yoni Wehbe, both graduates of Harvard Business School, Kinetico Health is in the process of building the leading group of private clinics in musculoskeletal care. Kinetico focuses on multidisciplinary MSK care, including physiotherapy, osteopathy and chiropractic. The acquisition of Vanbrugh Physiotherapy is the third acquisition by Kinetico Health since launch late last year.
Gerald Edelman acted as buy-side financial adviser, which included undertaking financial and taxation due diligence. Will Abell, partner at Gerald Edelman, commented: “It was a pleasure to advise the Kinetico team on the acquisition of Vanbrugh, the Group’s third acquisition in five months. Vanbrugh is a high quality, central London based clinic and this transaction represents a major milestone in the Group’s journey towards becoming the leading group across the UK. I very much look forward to seeing Kinetico continue to grow and thrive over the coming months and years.”
Kinetico Health added, “Vanbrugh Physiotherapy has an exceptional reputation for clinical excellence and operates a state-of-the-art facility. We’re thrilled to welcome the clinic to Kinetico Health as we continue to expand our footprint across the UK and build the country’s leading private MSK group.”
