Gerald Edelman appoints Lynn Lin as Partner and Head of Asia
Gerald Edelman LLP, has announced the appointment of Lynn Lin, as its latest partner. Due to her experience, Lynn’s title will be Head of Asia.
Lynn Lin brings a broad range of experience covering accounting, compliance, international tax and investment management experience assisting UK and international businesses across multiple industries with cross border tax advice and tax efficiencies. Lynn also advises companies in the UK entering the Asian market or those providing services to the UK based Chinese community.
Lynn also has extensive expertise in serving high net worth individuals and their families with complex tax and financial arrangements in the UK, who are seeking to establish operations, invest in, or take up residency in the UK or overseas. Lynn provides cross border structuring advice in relation to offshore assets and complex corporate structures, on issues such as pre-arrival and post-arrival tax planning, domicile advice, estate and succession planning. Her depth of expertise extends to helping businesses obtain financing, cross border M&A and assisting stakeholders, entrepreneurs on acquisitions and sale of their businesses.
Lynn joins the team of 17 other partners in the Gerald Edelman group, offering a broad range of services to SMEs and leading UK and international businesses.
