Gerald Edelman’s Corporate Finance team has grown to 24 people and has a proven track record of success, having completed 30 successful transactions in the last 12 months, with revenue growth of over 150% and aggregate deal value of greater than £350 million. The team’s expertise extends to sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory, financial and tax due diligence, , financial modelling and business valuations.
