Triple award win at South East Dealmakers

Gerald Edelman is thrilled to announce that its Corporate Finance team has achieved an outstanding milestone, securing three awards at the South East Dealmakers Awards 2025. This recognition underscores the team’s exceptional talent, dedication, and leadership in Corporate Finance across the region.

After being nominated for nine awards (an incredible feat in itself). The team took home the Deal of the Year (£40m+) award, for advising the shareholders of Medical Imaging Systems Limited on its investment from H2 Equity Partners. Corporate Finance Advisory Team of the Year and Nick Wallis was awarded Dealmaker of the Year. These achievements showcase the depth of expertise and talent within the team.

The team’s success at the awards is a testament to their impressive growth and track record. With 24 members, the Corporate Finance team has demonstrated exceptional performance, advising on over 30 successful transactions in 2024, achieving revenue growth of over 150%, and handling an aggregate deal value exceeding £350 million.

Gerald Edelman’s Corporate Finance team’s expertise extends to sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory, financial and tax due diligence, financial modelling and business valuations.
