I enjoy getting to know clients and their businesses so that I can connect them with the right expertise to achieve their goals. That could be a Corporate Finance transaction, Tax expertise, Audit services, growth advice or whatever else the Firm can help them with.

My role is to manage the Firm’s relationships with the private equity world, across all of our service lines. Private equity is an important and growing part of the UK economy and our business at Gerald Edelman.

If you’re interested…

After growing up in the States, and living in five countries on three continents, I’ve now spent over 20 years working in the UK corporate finance and private equity world. This has included Big 4 and mid-tier firms, as well as time in the private equity sector itself.

What is the most daring thing you’ve ever done?

I was 20 and had travelled a lot around the US and Canada, but never been abroad.  My next stop was getting on a plane to Singapore to live and study at a university there for six months, about as far away as you could possibly get.    

What is the most exciting thing on your bucket list?

I love to hike and ski, so my bucket list includes a lot of mountains!  Hiking in the Himalayas is probably the most exciting (and challenging…) thing on there.

If you could have dinner with anyone, who would it be?

Ernest Hemingway.  He was not just a great writer, but led an incredible life.  You’d eat well, drink well and who knows what might happen!

If you could have any superpower, what would it be?

It’s got to be flying!  The views, the thrills, the convenience….
